Zachry Godfrey, known as “Big Z,” is an entrepreneur, the CEO & Co-Founder of Lumino, an international keynote speaker, and the host of Talks with Big Z™: The Global Impact Show. He speaks at the intersection of human transformation, faith, leadership, technology, and global commerce.
Global Conscious Commerce is Zachry’s vision for a future where profitability, technology, leadership, and human impact no longer operate as separate ideas. Through Lumino, he is building infrastructure that connects payments, loyalty, impact, and human connection into one ecosystem.
His keynotes are organised into four families: BATTLE (personal transformation), LEAD (human-first leadership), BUILD (business, technology and the future, including payments, AI and embedded finance), and IMPACT (Global Conscious Commerce).
